Bra Fittings

Esprit de la Femme offers complete personal bra fittings by professional lingerie stylists who will work with you to ensure ultimate comfort and the best fit. There is no need for an appointment. Stop by any time and our attentive staff will be pleased to help you find your perfect bra. Answers to some common questions about bra fittings can be found here!

Shop by Phone

If you’re unable to shop in-store, simply pay over the phone with your credit card and we will ship your purchase anywhere in Canada. A flat rate shipping fee of $10 will apply.

Private Shopping Parties and Gift Registries

Host a lingerie/bra-fitting party with us in a fun after-hours environment! Perfect for bridal parties, staff parties, or any excuse to get the girlfriends together for a good time. You provide the guests, we provide the refreshments. Best of all, the host and guests will all receive a discount on their purchases. Gift registries are also available. Please contact the store for more details.

Layaway

We are happy to accommodate those who want to pay a bit now, and the rest later. A non-refundable minimum 20% deposit will hold your items for 30 days until they’re paid and ready to take home.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in any denomination and are redeemable for merchandise at Esprit de la Femme. Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over as a credit note for future purchases and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase. Treat them like cash. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift certificates for suspected fraud, for certificates mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift certificate policies.

Return Policy

In the interest of the safety and health of our customers, and in adhering to BC health regulations, all sales of panties, swimwear, hosiery, and shapewear are final. We are unable to make exceptions. All sales of discounted merchandise are also final.
We will gladly accept clean, unworn merchandise that is returned with a receipt within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit. We cannot give cash refunds.

Defective merchandise can be returned for replacement or repair. We cannot guarantee against normal wear and tear or by damage caused by negligent care.
